Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) have become critical for organizations aiming to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs in global supply chains. This paper evaluates the Return on Investment (ROI) of WMS implementations across diverse industries and supply chain contexts. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys and case studies, the study assesses the impact of WMS on cost reductions, process optimization, and service improvement. The findings suggest a positive ROI across most sectors, although the benefits are contingent on system customization, workforce training, and integration with other enterprise systems. This paper offers actionable insights for organizations considering WMS investments and highlights the challenges of measuring ROI in complex global supply chains.
