The increasing complexity of cross-border Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) projects has prompted a shift toward hybrid workforce models, combining remote and on-site personnel to address diverse operational challenges. This paper explores the impact of hybrid workforce models on the successful implementation and operation of WMS projects in global environments. The study investigates the interplay between organizational structure, technology integration, and cultural nuances, aiming to identify the best practices for deploying hybrid teams. Through a combination of literature review, statistical analysis, and simulation research, the paper presents evidence on how hybrid workforce models can enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines in cross-border WMS initiatives.
