In the fast-evolving landscape of supply chain management, integrating Lean principles with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) has become pivotal for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste. This manuscript explores the intersection of Lean methodologies and WMS-driven operations, offering an in-depth analysis of how these principles can be effectively implemented. Through a comprehensive literature review and an empirical study within a real-world warehouse setting, this research uncovers the significant advantages of adopting Lean practices in a technology-driven warehouse. The findings highlight improvements in inventory accuracy, order cycle times, and labor efficiency while minimizing resource wastage. By bridging the gap between Lean theory and WMS application, this work provides actionable insights for warehouse managers aiming to optimize their operations.
