Abstract

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are critical components for ensuring the efficient operation of supply chains, particularly for multinational retail chains. This paper explores the challenges and successes associated with the implementation of WMS in such complex and large-scale environments. By focusing on several case studies from major multinational retailers, the study identifies key factors contributing to both successful and unsuccessful implementations.
