Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are foundational to modern software development, enabling frequent and reliable code delivery. However, the complexity of these pipelines often introduces challenges, particularly when addressing errors and failures in real time. This study explores the development of a realtime remediation support system to assist developers in diagnosing and resolving issues within CI/CD workflows. By leveraging automation, machine learning models, and domainspecific knowledge bases, the proposed framework enhances error detection, categorization, and resolution. The results indicate significant reductions in mean time to resolution (MTTR) and improved developer efficiency. This manuscript outlines the problem, reviews existing literature, and details the methodology, results, and conclusions of the study.
